Multiscale Conference

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 4th Manchester Multiscale Conference! The conference will take place 30 March - 1 April 2020 at the Manchester Conference Centre. There is a great line up of speakers: Maria Fyta (Stuttgart, Germany), Frauke Gräter (Heidelberg, Germany), Syma Khalid (Southampton, UK), Horst Lillig (Greifswald, Germany), Céline Merlet (Toulouse, France), Irina Paci (Victoria, Canada), Lars Pastewka (Freiburg, Germany), Anđela Šarić (UCL, UK), and Rebecca Wade (Heidelberg, Germany). New Chair for HECBioSim

From 1 November 2018, Syma Khalid will be taking over as the chair of HECBioSim (the High End Computing Consortium for Biomolecular Simulations). Dr. Khalid is a Professor of Computational Biophysics within the Department of Chemistry at the University of Southampton. Her research involves the application of computational techniques to the study of large biological molecules and systems including bacterial outer membrane proteins and nucleic acids.

Workshop Registration Deadline Extended

There are still some spaces available for the training workshops in Bristol on the 3 and 6 September, so the registration deadline has been extended to 1 September. The three workshops are Introduction to BioSimSpace, Introduction to ISAMBARD, and Advanced BioSimSpace. Details and registration:
